How do I get to your church?
We are located at 3475 E. Soliere Ave, Flagstaff AZ 86004. You can see us to the southeast of Interstate 40 as it goes through town, but you have to exit at Country Club (exit 201) or Butler (exit 198). Then head to the east to wind around onto Soliere.
(From Country Club, you’ll turn onto Soliere around the corner from the east side of the overpass. From Butler, turn on 4th street and go uphill until you can turn right on Soliere).
If you’re on surface streets, you can also cross the tracks on Fourth Street or come in from the Foxglenn area.
When are your services?
Our normal services are at 4:00 & 5:30pm on Saturday evenings and 9:00 & 10:45 on Sunday mornings, but check the times listed at the top of our homepage, because occasionally we’ll have special holiday times (such as Christmas, Easter, etc). Give us a call at (928) 522-0462 during normal business hours (9am-5pm M-F) if you have any questions!
What do I wear?
Mostly, we dress casually. But it doesn’t matter–if you’re comfortable in a suit, wear a suit. If you’re comfortable in shorts, wear shorts. You’re either family or you’re our guest! So we want you to be comfortable.
Who do I meet with if I have questions?
There is a welcome team greeting people outside the church or just inside the main door. They can direct you to where you need to go. We also have our “Connection Desk” booth inside the church where you can find help. If you see someone with a lanyard, they can always direct you to a pastor.
Where do I park?
You are welcome to park anywhere on campus, if you have children please look for the family parking signs. The children’s auditorium is under the green roof to the left if you’re in the parking lot. The youth auditorium is in the separate building across the parking lot from the main building. The largest green roof is the adult auditorium. Feel free to park closest to whichever is the most convenient location for you!
Do my kids come with me to the main service?
They can – many first-time visitors want their kids to stay close to them, and we love the sounds of life that kids bring with them to our services! However, we do offer programs for everyone in the family, from children’s and youth to nursery and toddler classes. Check out the Children’s pages at the top of our site for more information about what you can expect for them there.
Are you going to ask me for money?
We do talk about money from time to time – it’s kind of an important topic to know about in this age! And we take offering every week so our family can support what we do for God. But we NEVER expect our guests to contribute to our regular offering. Once a month, we do have a special offering for organizations outside our church, and it’s totally up to you whether you participate in those or not as a guest – they’re always excellent causes, so you may want to anyway!
How do you take communion at your church?
Wow, what a church-y question! But seriously, communion is open to anyone who professes Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Ushers pass a communion tray of bread and grape juice cups down each aisle and we usually take it together after a time of remembrance.
